Vicki Zhang

Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
Vicki holds a postgraduate certificate in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy and has extensive experience working in both private and public pelvic health settings. She provides specialised pelvic floor physiotherapy in Melbourne, supporting both women and men with a wide range of pelvic health concerns.
She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable addressing sensitive concerns. Vicki understands the personal nature of conditions such as bladder leakage, bowel dysfunction and pelvic pain, and is dedicated to ensuring her clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful change.
Vicki has supported women of all ages with concerns including urinary incontinence, faecal incontinence, constipation, and pelvic organ prolapse. She also has strong clinical experience in men’s pelvic health, working with conditions such as pelvic pain, erectile dysfunction, and pre- and post-prostate surgery rehabilitation. She has a particular interest in persistent pelvic pain and sexual pain, and combines evidence-based education with tailored pelvic floor rehabilitation to achieve the best outcomes for her clients.
Vicki has extensive experience in antenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, including facilitating pregnancy education classes and supporting women through all stages of pregnancy and post-partum recovery. This includes helping women safely return to exercise, running, and daily activities after birth. Having recently had a baby herself, she brings both clinical expertise and personal insight to her care.
Outside of Advance Pelvic Health, Vicki enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, staying active at the gym and through running, and caring for her growing collection of plants.
